The first pilot has two objectives: training local experts and businesses on the methodology itself — how to build courses, communities, memberships and other income streams, using whichever digital infrastructure is available — and testing, with academic, implementation, diaspora and funding partners, whether co-selling specifically removes the cost and effort of finding clients that most small businesses face.
The initiative began through dialogue with diaspora communities who want to connect expertise, opportunity and local development. Potential contexts include Somali, Palestinian and Albanian networks — through collaboration with trusted local and diaspora partners. These are potential directions, not finalized commitments.

Universities, NGOs, diaspora networks, humanitarian organisations, foundations and technology partners each hold a distinct role.
