Who operates this, and on what terms.
Transparency is a feature of this initiative, not a disclosure obligation. This page states who the legal organisation is, what it does not take from participants, and where a conflict of interest exists.

What the organisation does not take.
Participation is free during the pilot phase.
No commission is taken from participant earnings.
No participation fee is charged.
No revenue share is taken from what participants earn.
Income generated by participants through their own activities belongs to them.
Any surplus held by the nonprofit organisation is used exclusively to advance its nonprofit mission.
Growhubs, and why we disclose it.
Growhubs, the current reference implementation of the shared digital infrastructure, is privately owned by the founding team. It is made available to the initiative at no cost and without profit. No pilot or grant funding is used to license it.
This is a conflict of interest, and we state it rather than describe it in fine print. It is disclosed to participants, partners and funders, and it remains open to challenge.
Dignity over charity. Evidence over assertion. Transparency over convenience.
The organisation derives no commercial revenue from participants. Where the initiative receives grant or pilot funding, it is used for the activities it was granted for.
Questions about how this is governed?
Ask them directly. Governance questions are a legitimate reason to book a conversation, and we would rather answer them before you participate than afterwards.
